General

All services offered by Hayley Spirit Reader are for entertainment only. I cannot guarantee the accuracy of any psychic reading. The client is responsible for their own life choices and decisions. You must be over 18 years of age to use my services. I am not qualified to give legal or medical advice. If you need legal, medical or other professional advice please seek a licensed professional.

Copyright

Any audio recording of a reading is for your personal use only and is not for broadcast. Hayley retains the copyright to all her readings. Email readings are for your personal use only and must not be forwarded or shared in full or part in the public domain.

Services

Hayley Spirit Reader reserves the right to alter or amend the services on offer.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for readings once they have taken place or once I have notified you that I have started work on your email reading. Refunds will not be given for gift vouchers. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a reading or event, a full refund will be given. Skype, Online and Telephone readings with Hayley can be cancelled or changed, as long as a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Failure to do this will result in a £10 re-booking fee being charged to you.

Deposits

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change your booking. Failure to do this will result in loss of deposit. All deposits for individual face to face readings are non-refundable. For Events the deposit is non-refundable.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about any of my services you may either ring our customer care number on 0843 2892746 or write to Hayley Spirit Reader by filling in my contact form. In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing.

Barring of Access

At my discretion I may temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any or all of our services in any circumstance; not limited to but including: User has misused my services in anyway, is abusive, or has committed an act of fraud against myself.

Premium Rate Telephone Services

All services offered by Hayley Spirit Reader are for entertainment purposes only and I cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services. Your psychic reading is subject to your own personal interpretation.

The information contained within it should at no time be regarded as legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial fact. Any actions taken by you the customer are solely your choice and your responsibility. Any opinions expressed in readings are those of the individual psychic reader and not necessarily the opinions of Hayley Spirit Reader.

All calls to my premium rate live psychic reading services are recorded - this is a requirement of Phonepay Plus (formerly know as I.C.S.T.I.S.) in the UK and REGTEL in the Republic of Ireland.

To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer's permission to make any calls to my live pyschic reading service. Calls from within the UK cost £1.53 per minute from a BT landline, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher. Over 18 only Calls to our live psychic reader services from the Republic of Ireland cost €2.40 per minute from a landline, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.

Credit Card Telephone Services

Whilst Hayley Spirit Reader believes all readers to be the best available, they are self employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Hayley Spirit Reader does not have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Hayley Spirit Reader will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website. To use my credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

Text Message Services

Text Messaging service cost £1.50 per message received. Responses may be 2 messages long (£3). Age 18+ only.
